Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ): Returns
 

 

    We appreciate your business and believe you will be satisfied with your purchase.

    Generally all sales are considered final but sometimes things do happen and Returns are allowed under the following specific circumstances:

  • MISTAKENLY SENT THE WRONG ITEM. If we ship the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can send the correct item. We will also make arrangements to have the other item returned at no cost to the Buyer.
  • SUBSTANTIAL ERROR IN THE ITEM DESCRIPTION. We make every effort to be as accurate as possible with our item descriptions and we keep detailed photographic records of every item, but occasionally we do miss something. A "Substantial Error" is where we have made a mistake in the description such as stating an item fits one vehicle when it actually fits another. Typographical errors generally do not constitute a "Substantial Error". If the Buyer believes there is a "Substantial Error", please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the situation. Resolution will vary and may include a return/refund or exchange.
  • HIDDEN DAMAGE NOT DISCLOSED IN THE DESCRIPTION OR PICTURES. We make every effort to be as accurate as possible with our item descriptions and each listing includes as many detailed photographs as possible, but occasionally we do miss something. If that is the case, please email us immediately so we can resolve the problem. There are very few problems that can't be resolved, but we can't fix something we don't know about. On used parts, minor scratches or spots not specifically described are not included as "Hidden Damage."
  • SHIPPING DAMAGE. We do a careful and thorough job of packing but on rare occasions items do get damaged in shipping - please contact us as soon as possible so we can work out a resolution for you with the shipping company. If we have a suitable replacement for the item, it will be sent at no additional cost to the Buyer (NO EXCEPTIONS); otherwise we will refund the sale amount.

    RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • ALL returns MUST be PRE-APPROVED - NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Returned items MUST be received in the same condition when initially shipped (except items damaged in shipping). Items that are altered, damaged by the Buyer, or damaged by careless packing for the return shipping will not be eligible for Return.
  • Any returns are allowed ONLY if the Buyer contacts us within 7 days after the receipt of the item as documented through the shipping company by the tracking number. Please inspect your item thoroughly as soon as you receive it.
  • Refunds will be made to the Buyer's PayPal account or with a Company Check within 7 days after the returned item has been received (usually processed within the first 2 days).
  • If a Buyer purchases the wrong item, returns MAY be allowed at the sole discretion of NXS POWERSPORTS for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY - NO EXCEPTIONS. The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as shipping of the exchange item or item purchased later with Store Credit.
  • NO RETURNS allowed on items shipped outside the continental United States - NO EXCEPTIONS.
