  • A transaction or sale is NOT complete until the Customer is happy! Feedback is the eBay way of indicating member performance and our feedback record is OVERWHELMINGLY POSITIVE for good reason - we've earned it.

    - If you are pleased with your item after you receive it, please let us know through your positive feedback - we love to give and receive positive feedback! Its customary for the buyer to leave feedback first to let the seller know they did a good job, and we respond to all feedback.

    - If you are NOT pleased with your item after you receive it, please email us immediately so we can work out a reasonable solution BEFORE you leave negative or even neutral feedback. We make every effort to be as accurate as possible with our item descriptions and our pictures but occasionally we do miss something. There are very few problems that can't be resolved, but we can't fix something we don't know about.

  • Due to our volume, it sometimes takes a few days, but we do respond to all feedback.

  • We prefer not to do so but we do leave negative feedback for buyers who fail to pay and don't respond to emails.
